Words of Wisdom

image

I came across these words in my devotional and thought to share:

“When the pendulum of life swings dangerously back and forth, like the massive scrotums of an aged ram, racing and panting in a dating game, and threatening to fall off like a ripe mango at the behest of a mighty wind, learn hard to strike a balance; but don’t ever give up, to the ding dong of the pendulum”.

Such powerful words, I hope it speaks to someone’s situation today like it spoke to mine.

91. Never argue with the person you work for – you will lose more than just the argument
92. You can be different from the rest of the world and still be FABULOUS – in fact, you’re fabulous because of it, not despite it.
93. The most beautiful thing you will ever witness in life is when you begin to unfold into the person you were meant to be from your very beginning.

87. Overlook the weaknesses of your friends. If you look for flaws you will most surely find them. Be mature enough to ignore the petty failings of others and see the good that each one inherently possesses.
88. Familiarity breeds contempt. There’s a reason the stars remain far above the Earth.
89.  “mens sana in corpore sano” which means in a sound body rests a sound mind.
90. Love GOD, your family, friends… wholeheartedly
